Cost: Canapés will vary in price between 28$ to 36$ per dozen.

As an appetizer, you would want to have 2 to 3 canapés per person.

As a dinner function, you are looking at around 8 to 10 pieces per person.

For a three course meal, the cost is 50$ per person, plus the cost of rentals and staff.

For a four course meal, the cost is 60$ per person, plus the cost of rentals and staff.
